When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the content of your message. We do not collect payment details through this website.

2. Why We Use It

To respond to your enquiry and to administer any subsequent sale. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and performance of a contract where you go on to buy a vehicle.

3. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example our hosting and email providers) and where required by law.

5. Your Rights
