How the 14 days work
Delivery day
The period starts the day after delivery and runs for 14 calendar days.
Inspect it properly
Book an independent inspection, run history checks, have your own mechanic look at it.
Tell us
Not happy? Let us know in writing before the 14 days are up.
Collection & refund
We arrange collection and refund within 14 days of the car being back with us.
Conditions
- Notify us in writing at isabellemorrison906@gmail.com before the period ends.
- The vehicle must come back in the same condition, with all keys and documents.
- A mileage allowance of 250 miles applies; beyond it a reasonable per-mile charge may be deducted.
- No modifications, re-registration, commercial use, towing, racing or off-road use.
- Any new damage may be deducted, itemised in writing before the refund is finalised.
Your legal rights
This guarantee sits alongside your statutory rights, it does not replace them. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel a distance purchase, and we must refund within 14 days of the vehicle coming back. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a short-term right to reject a faulty vehicle within 30 days of delivery.
Where a vehicle is sold on consignment on behalf of its owner, we remain the seller for the purposes of your contract, and your rights and point of contact are unchanged.
